Privacy Policy

Snowby is an offline countdown and game app. We do not collect app activity or send your game progress to our servers.

Data on your device

Calendar preferences, scores, stars, decorations and settings are saved locally. The main app and its widget share a local App Group container so the widget can display the countdown and current progress. This does not upload the data or grant access to other apps.

Snowby has no account, advertising, tracking or analytics SDK. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location. Deleting the app removes its app-owned local data, subject to the backup and restore features of your operating system.

Apple purchases

The Season Pass uses Apple's StoreKit service. Apple processes the payment and maintains purchase history. Snowby reads verified purchase information to determine whether your pass is active and when it expires. We do not receive card details or maintain a purchase database on our own servers. Apple's services are governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Support correspondence

If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send and use it to answer your request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. You can contact us about your correspondence or request its deletion using the address below.

This website

This site has no advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Children

The app does not ask children or other users to provide personal information. Any purchase is processed by Apple using the device's purchase settings.
