Why is a door locked?

The calendar opens one door a day from December 1. Choose Christmas (25 doors) or New Year (31 doors) in Settings. A Season Pass unlocks paid content but does not move the calendar forward. Previously opened doors can be replayed; the Snowball Fair is available all year.

How does the Season Pass work?

Doors 1–5 are free. The Season Pass is a non-renewing purchase valid for 12 months from its purchase date. It opens all paid doors when their dates arrive, the complete house and more rounds. It never renews or charges you automatically. The app displays the pass expiry date.

How do I restore a purchase?

Use the same Apple Account that bought the pass. Open Snowby → Settings → Restore Purchase. An active pass restores its remaining time; an expired pass shows its expiry date and can be purchased again. Restoring does not copy game progress from another device.

Where is my progress kept?

Progress and house decorations are stored on this device. Snowby does not provide account-based or cloud progress sync. A purchase can be restored through Apple; local game progress is separate from the purchase.

What if progress cannot be saved?

Snowby shows a red warning and retries after further changes and when you leave or return to the app. Free device storage, return to Snowby and wait for the warning to disappear.

How do I add a widget?

Touch and hold the iPhone or iPad Home Screen, choose Edit → Add Widget and search for Snowby. Lock Screen widget options are available from the Lock Screen customization screen. Open Snowby after changing the countdown or completing a door so the widget can receive the latest local state.

Apple handles payment and purchase history. For billing or refund requests, use Apple's purchase support. We do not receive payment card details.
